Cons
They claim there is no charge for leads. However, you have to pay "rent" otherwise, you will not receive any leads. In 2019, the rent was $400. Initially, it was easy to make the monthly rent as the new people seemed to obviously get the better/easier leads. However, once you are out of the probationary period, the quality of your leads is dependent on your sales in the previous days. The average DOES include days absent or out on a vacation day. Those period of tough leads can make or break an agent. Thats when the go-getter mentality is a requirement to succeed. That is where I made my departure. Forget about work-life balance. Be prepared to work long hours!
