VERY Unprofessional - Insurance Sales Producer North Star Insurance Advisors Employee Review

Pros

Potential pay is great. Hours are very flexible once you work a minimum of 32 hours a week.

Cons

This position is heavily scripted on the phone. The training and "education" piece of the job happens very quickly as well. You foot the bill on licensing costs for 10 non-resident states, and they offer no other benefits. This is completely a 1099 position that really doesn't reward being independent. They'll fire you for asking too many questions regarding lead sources and how you'll actually get paid.
