Pros
BDRs are like family and good hours. Good opportunities to get hired on to companies.
Cons
Lower pay than most sales jobs , Toxic upper management can be tricky, and inconsistent call scripts , training , unclear goals. There were BDRs that were never given goals for the month who ansked repeatedly and then end of month came and they were told they didn’t hit goal …. And lastly they talk about opportunities for growth ( hard to come by ) but that doesn’t mean more pay .
Popularity gets you places not true drive and hardworking. They also use your personal life against you trying to push you out of your job . Hinting that you can’t possibly manage personal and work life even when you hit goals. super werid and controlling energy that you feel as if someone is stand above you and overwhelming since of anxiety
