Used to be the BEST place to work....Not so much anymore - Revenue Cycle Specialist NorthBay Health Employee Review

After several members of senior management retired and/or left, the company changed in a negative direction. They used to foster a family feel towards employees. Now its all about the almighty dollar. They outsource nearly the entire Revenue Cycle Management department. They laid off a large part of the workforce to do it. I used to really love it there but the culture changed. It is not the same anymore and I am happy I am no longer there.
