Zero, Zilch, None...unless you like low (or no) pay, bad benefits, poor management, inept business plans, low morale, and a completely lifeless yet paranoid work environment.
Cons
See above. NorthKey was effective and had a pretty good reputation in the community before the current CEO took over in about 2008. It was a decent place with decent pay and great people. Not any longer. Only the most desperate, unlucky, scared, or masochistic employees remain.
