Residents receive a better quality of care than a lot of homes.
Cons
It's really a shame, this could be such a great home but nobody knows what they're doing. The benefits are just terrible, nobody ever gets a raise, no paid time off, you don't know what staffing is going to look like until that day. They don't appreciate their staff and administration is a hot mess.
