Pros

Very flexible work schedule and places high importance on family/work life balance.

Cons

Our company has experienced significant turnover recently, which, combined with the ongoing migration to a new ERP system, has made it challenging for many to adhere to previously established processes. This disruption has made it increasingly difficult to obtain detailed scopes of work, which were more easily managed before the transition.

Pros

I already posted a review here but I have a completely different take on the reasons for layoffs than another person who posted here.

Cons

I disagree with the person here who blamed the company layoffs on 'the real estate market'. That's simply not true. The reason was due to a total lack of diversification on the part of NC, as well as gross mismanagement by The CEO who is woefully unqualified for the job. Clients left and went to other vendors and the company was then in big trouble due to bad decisions on the part of management to attempt to grow too fast and over-extend financially. Management has blinders on and cannot see the big picture. Very bad decisions are made as a consequence of that. Layoffs were the result of their own poor judgement and lack of necessary business skills.
