Pros
I enjoy the people and patients work with. Most staff are polite and jovial , occasional perks here and there. Point/gift system for working PRN or filling in ( Bidshift)
Cons
Sometimes you feel like a number and some decisions communications aren't told to all staff memebers. And there seems to be confusion amongst management in some depts. Understand it's a BIG company but there has to be a way to be fluid.
