      Very interesting work, good PTO, and great retirement benefits

      Cons

      Low pay and even worse yearly raises. Salary effectively decreases each year compared to cost of living. Health benefits got worse this year.

      Flexible work schedule. Great and kind staff to work with. My team is wonderful

      Salary not competing with inflation and is not competitive especially for the Boston area. On my salary I cannot afford to live close to my work. The "merit" increases this year were laughable - not competing with inflation nor cost of living.
