      You are constantly working and understaffed in some departments. You are changing directions and objectives which can be incredibly frustrating.

      Flexible work schedule. Great and kind staff to work with. My team is wonderful

      Salary not competing with inflation and is not competitive especially for the Boston area. On my salary I cannot afford to live close to my work. The "merit" increases this year were laughable - not competing with inflation nor cost of living.
