      work life balance autonomy benefits teaching is the easiest part of the role

      the colleges don't work together office politics raises are very low Merit process is challenging and really doesn't matter you have to make the right connections to get ahead

      Flexible work schedule. Great and kind staff to work with. My team is wonderful

      Salary not competing with inflation and is not competitive especially for the Boston area. On my salary I cannot afford to live close to my work. The "merit" increases this year were laughable - not competing with inflation nor cost of living.
