Pros
While finding the right job with the internal job application process may be difficult, if you find the right position you will have a great time working as a student. Pay increases with experience and undergraduate year, and hours are flexible to fit around class schedules. I have found great connections and community through my position.
Cons
Working as a student is not an easy task. You will have to prioritize what is important to you. Being a private school, Northeastern has a disproportionality high socioeconomic population, and you may feel like you are missing some of the experience.
