      403b match - NU puts in 10% if you put in 5% Tuition waiver - available for employees and their children and/or spouse Excellent health insurance and PTO benefits Hybrid-work (2 days a week)

      Cons

      Could provide better parking/commuting benefits for staff Salaries are low compared to comparable jobs at other organizations Annual salary increases have not adequately kept up with cost of living increases

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Great and kind staff to work with. My team is wonderful

      Cons

      Salary not competing with inflation and is not competitive especially for the Boston area. On my salary I cannot afford to live close to my work. The "merit" increases this year were laughable - not competing with inflation nor cost of living.
