Pros

- pretending to work on cutting edge concepts such as digital identity

Cons

- they tend to don't pay after 3 - 4 months and lay off their employees with paying for their work - no ethics - MAKE SURE YOU GET ADVANCE PAYMENT else you won't get paid by end of your Tenure. A lot of people never got paid.

Pros

Over the months that I've been here, I've had the opportunity to both work and lead (in varying capacities) different projects that help show large companies and governments what Blockchain is about and how it can impact their organizations. The awesome part about working at Northern Block is the legitimate impact that our products can and do bring to our clients. The founders have both brilliantly positioned this company to leverage the enterprise networks to bring interest from some of the most exciting organizations looking at blockchain today. This isn't a mistake, as the founders have been very deliberate to shut down projects that don't add value to the blockchain space (e.g. the plethora of alt-coins that vary from complete scams to marginal/marketing based crypto projects). Our team is a mix of engineers, product owners, designers and marketers. It is one of the most collaborative teams I've seen. Pair that with the amazing support we get from Aion (aion.network) allows us to execute very well on our projects. As the team grows, we're starting to develop a fun culture of support, enjoyment and enthusiasm to build really cool, world-changing stuff.

Cons

At the beginning when I joined, the company didn't have a clear culture. The trickiest part of growing a startup, in my books, is building and sustaining a great culture. With the shear number of things the founders have to handle, they're working hard to slowly create the sort of culture that makes people happy/excited about more than just the work. As the months pass, we're really starting to find our own and building a greater and greater dynamic within the team.
