      Pros

      Community based. Work, life balance. Yearly reviews are based on overall work and ethics not just numbers.

      Cons

      Systems are slow, need to be a multitasker. Amount of things we need to know and do as a portfolio manager/FSR are high compared to wage. Targets are high, however if you are trying and fulfilling your duties you are not penalized.

      Work from home, technology, helping people

      Cons

      A lot of meetings listening to people who like to talk. CEO is arrogant. Say they want you to speak up but if it’s not what they want to hear then it’s not accepted. Nepotism runs wild. Family in leadership positions without any qualifications.
