      Very nice people to work with. The clients are also very nice.

      Cons

      High rate of staff turnover. Staff shortages even though the employees leaving have given plenty of notice. Procedures taught in training are inconsistent with procedures on the floor.

      Work from home, technology, helping people

      Cons

      A lot of meetings listening to people who like to talk. CEO is arrogant. Say they want you to speak up but if it’s not what they want to hear then it’s not accepted. Nepotism runs wild. Family in leadership positions without any qualifications.
