Pros

It's an engaging environment with many complex, unique problems to solve. The engineering team is talented and focuses on upskilling its team members. If you are seeking an environment that forwards learning and career growth, this is an excellent place to work.

Cons

This role necessitates very long hours and regular travel. It is a remote, camp job setup and the cons stem from the necessities of being away from family, paying for your own travel, lost time traveling to and from work, etc.

Pros

Good pay thats about it.

Cons

Head Mine supervisors are an absolute joke. If you work under them as supervisors or lead your allowed to me unprofessional cuss out every depart on site, disrespect them and get away with it multiple times.unless your a supervisors or a lead man below them for the mine employees is the only time they stick up for people and not get fired for breaking at least 2 cardinal rules and also retaliation , threatens to personally cause problems with everyone he works with to get them in trouble , disrespecting employees in front of a whole crowd, bullying the entire hitch, and then rubbing it everyone face that they “tired to rep-amend him but got away with it” The first time till multiple people came forward a day later and it still wasn't enough the second time and then a Causing a hostel work environment for the whole department that has to work with him causing employees to leave the job and star looking for new employment. Now the next person to say something to the person that caused all the problems that are still going to do what and act the same way as they are right now are the ones who are going to get punished, written up and or fired instead of the “cause of it”, because no one trust the upper management supervisors that are allowing this behavior. An Absolute joke of upper management.
