The company structure and lack of any support, the management is based on micro management but also any lack of management support when it's needed. The whole structure is based on blame and who can take the fall. No ownership is ever taken and if it does it's very much swept under the carpet. There is an uncomfortable atmosphere and there are a lot of old pockets of staff that have been in the same roles for many years and lack any responsiveness to admitting errors, providing support or even open to change. The firm is built on its customer excellence however this is clearly lacking operationally internally. Unfortunately a very very toxic environment. Almost felt like working with a pack of fighting dogs.
