Not enough accountability for providers with regards to following policies

Dedicated employees who genuinely care about serving patients and the community. Strong mission-driven organization with opportunities to make a positive impact. Many staff members are knowledgeable, hardworking, and committed to quality patient care. Unfortunately, the organization's stated core values are not always demonstrated consistently in practice. Employees may encounter challenges with communication, transparency, accountability, and support, particularly within administrative departments.

After raising concerns about workplace conduct and policy compliance within the administrative office, I felt unsupported by leadership. Communication was often indirect, expectations changed without clear guidance, and concerns brought forward were not addressed in a meaningful way. Feedback was frequently vague, making it difficult to understand how success was being measured. Employees may find it challenging to navigate workplace dynamics when communication, accountability, and transparency are inconsistent. The organization's mission is admirable, but the administrative office culture did not align with the level of professionalism and support I expected.
