Pros
Good graphic design experience, you'll learn a lot. Clients you work with are really good. Healthcare offered, PTO and holidays paid, they might have 401ks now as well. Nice end of the year bonus. Managers and other employees are all nice people. We went remote during COVID, and that was great.
Cons
You will spend precisely 8 hours a day constantly producing work or else you will get fired. Zero flexibility in terms of hours. President isn't great. Unwilling to negotiate salary (starting at $15/hour), low pay for the sheer amount of work you do. He can't stay on subject when you're speaking to him, workaholic, hard time focusing. Will push back when you ask for time off. He blamed every single problem on the fact that we were working remotely. Usually communication b/w managers and President is good, but if something goes wrong he gets extremely upset. He loves to remind his employees that India is their biggest competitor and they only get paid $3/hour over there. His wife was in charge of HR, so it was never helpful to go to her with problems. They would brag every time they gave you $1/hour raise, like it was so much money.
