Pros

-You might be able to get a job with someone else who you meet at this job.

Cons

-unpaid for several months around Christmas time -dangerous work conditions, does not report WSIB accidents -Smuggles in products from China that will be claimed to "not exist" -fails to pay taxes both for sales and employees -involved in NPCA scandal -involved in financial fraud of both taxes, employees and investors -Work fulltime at home for free to keep up with unrealistic expecations. -Avg. Employee is there 2-3 months. Accountants are there on average 2 weeks tops, and frequently has no real accountant (or claims such to employees).

Pros

There are not enough space for Cons so i will have to put cons in pros section. There is nothing good at all about this company. Scam company, northernchem is a scam, the company does not have any production facility and yet it claims they have state of art lab for anti cancer drugs and their Natural product is total OEM, they working with a local manufacturer get the cheapest material from china to produce the natural product

Cons

I will share one of my experiences. There was 15 people at the first day of work, the orientation. Then the second day one of us is fired, then a week later 5 guys were fired, then another week later another 5 people was fired, lastly the third week including myself all of our 15 new recruit was fired. Do not tell me its because our performance was poor, there was no actual job for you to do, seems like they only hire you for couple weeks then fire you for some reason. There was only one employee in the company that worked permanently. All the rest was all on probation, thats why the president of the company can fire you without hesitation. The worst part of this is if you are not from Niagara regions, you will move there once you accept the offer, then you will get fired within couple weeks, then basically you screwed.
