Pros
Salary is decent but the bonuses are better and the staff are mostly friendly. Training is excellent and if you're in the right area, you'll be able to generate plenty of leads.
Cons
Managers have their own areas, almost like their own companies. They create cliques and therefore there is high turnover within the sales teams. The Birmingham ASM is very passive aggressive and basically a bully to people within the sales team even when you're hitting your number, he'd just move the goalposts. Very much a sink or swim attitude here, if you swim you need to also brown nose your manager, couldn't do it so left.
