Good money but insanely hard work - Anonymous employee Northgate Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback here and in your exit interview. As promised, I shared your views with the senior management team and we will use it to reflect on how we can further develop our approach to employee engagement. As you know, Northgate Ireland has gone through a period of significant change in leadership over the last year and we’re aware that this can be unsettling for staff and add extra stress to the working environment, which we have tried hard to minimise. Whilst we never want to see great people leave the company, we also understand that people have to make the decisions that they feel are right for them and their career and take opportunities when they come. We are now in a time of positive change and have introduced a new leadership structure to help take Northgate Ireland forward. We hope that our existing staff are starting to feel some of the positive results of this already.
