Competitive pay, great local staff. Until the sale, it was the best company I ever worked for.

Since Mega Broadband bought the company from the original 3 owners, there is no long term outlook. Its squeeze every penny from everything so the company can be built up and sold as fast as they can. With the Vyve purchase it's gotten worse. The 38 year old Northland is basically being told the way they did things is wrong and being beat down to do everything the Vyve way. Oh and do it with less money than you used to.
