Northpoint is a fast growing company that has a real opportunity to make an impact in the Single Family space. There has been a shift in leadership over the past 6 months, which has shaken things up. But a shake up is needed to achieve greatness. And we are not only striving for greatness, but to be the BEST in the industry.
Everyone I work with is HUNGRY and DRIVEN to succeed and make a difference. And this makes it fun and enjoyable to bring my best, daily!

Rapid growth can create the feeling of lack of structure and stability. Workflows and systems are being reiterated very quickly. The necessary shake up to achieve greatness.
The workplace is not cushy and is not for everyone. But greatness will be achieved.

Outstanding, top-level talent that is mission-focused on serving owners / being owner obsessed.
NP is a team that's done massive retooling to improve performance in every facet of its operations.
It's an exciting place to work where the team is truly bought in, filled with servant leader types who want to make a difference through their work.
Cons
Since the company is in a rebuilding phase, there are frequent pivots and training / SOPs struggle at times to keep up.
So, if you thrive in an environment with more structure, perhaps consider joining NP in 6 -12 months when more of this will be built out!
