they lie to employees, clients and tenants. They don't pay wages as promised. Will put your license at risk with poor management. bad mouth clients, tenants and employees. They are con artists in my opinion

Outstanding, top-level talent that is mission-focused on serving owners / being owner obsessed.
NP is a team that's done massive retooling to improve performance in every facet of its operations.
It's an exciting place to work where the team is truly bought in, filled with servant leader types who want to make a difference through their work.
Cons
Since the company is in a rebuilding phase, there are frequent pivots and training / SOPs struggle at times to keep up.
So, if you thrive in an environment with more structure, perhaps consider joining NP in 6 -12 months when more of this will be built out!
