Pros

offers the most holidays off compared to other companies in the area, offers supervision necessary to obtain full licensure (they will hire right out of school), after 2 years they will match 403b contributions, get own office space

Cons

medical coverage is expensive and not great, their PTO policy makes it hard to actually take days off, compensation is not competitive (and don't expect raises), the highest up management is not competent and the stress from that has a domino effect, program takes an old school approach to recovery, their primary focus is on numbers/productivity

Pros

Northpointe has a really good leadership team that genuinely cares about it's employees. They treat everyone with respect and give opportunities to grow. I love being able to get out of the office at 2pm on Fridays!

Cons

As a former employee, I would tell anyone to run from this job. Short staffed, lazy employees, lack of administration support, lazy doctors/NP's, rude staff, clients are abusive, and lots of drama and gossip. No standard operating procedure book-so you have to just wing it and hope the rules haven't changed on you-as administration likes to make changes daily via emails and think it is an acceptable practice. The pay is not good, and with inflation they do not give COLA's.
