Pros

Good pay and benefits. Enjoyed working with the staff.

Cons

Toxic work environment, run down venue and unless you are one of the big bosses, they don’t care about you.

Pros

Money is alright Long shifts (however can also be a con) Good location

Cons

Where do I start. The changes over the last year have been a whirlwind. Not sure what is going on behind the scenes, but losing half of the general manager team in the span of less than 6 months is a huge red flag. The whole collective is all over the place. Floor stuff were working overtime with no “thanks”, the venue is rundown, new systems in place which are meaning floor staff aren’t getting rostered shifts therefore, when it gets busy the staff are overworking. No good work benefits. Overall bad place.
