      Great environment to work in, flexibility and opportunity to grow in your current position

      Cons

      There are not many cons to working at the hospital. Probably he biggest complaint employee have is that there are no fitness facilities in site for us to use.

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
