      Pros

      This company is growing faster than any there hospital in the Atlanta area. Because of our size, we are spoiled with competitive benefits and perks, flexibility at work, opportunities to volunteer and be involved in the community. My favorite part of working here is that NSH strives to make ME feel important and feel like I'm part of a successful company.

      Cons

      Due to the fast growth of the company, sometimes it can be stressful keeping up specially in the depts that are directly impacted

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
