      Pros

      I have worked at Northside Hospital at the Cherokee campus for 16 years.We are all like family here! I would not think of working anywhere else. The benefits are great and the company really cares about their employees!!!

      I absolutely can't think of any to be honest!

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
