Pros

It's close to a hospital and has free parking.

Cons

Working in the Molecular department was like working in a concentration camp. I was told multiple times when a test run failed that I alone was killing patients, and my supervisor directly sent our names to the doctor. The supervisor and director always told us how poor employees we were and tried to turn each employee against one another. They refuse to listen to ideas by employees and then when an idea is approved they send an email out stating they came up with this idea and are wanting us to follow it. There is ageism and sexism that happens here. I had an exit interview with the director and she called a fellow employee in and asked why I was leaving, that I used them for a job, and I was not a very good scientist anyway. I called HR multiple times and they said it was not a priority and that maybe they would look into it. If I followed up, HR said that the director or supervisor said that I was the problem, so I needed to grow up.

-some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

Cons
