      Big hospital, advancement, many locations, lots of experience

      Cons

      The way they have treated employees is terrible and they call us hero’s but, nothing is done for us, they have zero regard for our financial stability

      Pros

      Northside Hospital is a great place to work. Ive have been here for 25 years and I still love coming to work serving my community.

      Its only the traffic getting here and going home : (

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
