Pros

Some hard working people and Doctors

Cons

Ambulatory offices- Management, HR and the company as whole only care about making money. Compensation is horrible, no paid holidays, merit awards are minimal, people are over worked and under paid, health and work balance is non-existent. Management will not advocate for their employees, ever. I have been in the medical field for 14+ years and it took Northside for me to reach burnout doing something I love. Patients are just numbers and employees are robots

Pros

I always felt like I was part of a team. Management is great.

Cons

The only con for me was that it was a far drive from my house.

Pros

I have been privileged to work for Northside Hospital for the past five years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. During my tenure, I have benefited from the organization's commitment to employee growth through its annual internal promotion policy, which has allowed me to advance within my current department. One of the aspects I value most is Northside's support for work-life balance and professional development. While working here, I was able to begin my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program from the ground up and am on track to graduate in December 2026. The flexibility and encouragement provided by the organization have played a significant role in helping me pursue my educational goals while continuing to contribute as an employee. I was a full-time employee for most of my career with the organization and recently transitioned to part-time status to accommodate the increased demands of my nursing program. The support and understanding shown by management throughout this process have reinforced my appreciation for the company's employee-centered culture. I am grateful for the opportunities, professional growth, and support I have received over the past five years.

Cons

None that I can think of right now
