Working at Northside Hospital as an Area Practice Coordinator has been a truly rewarding experience. The culture is one of teamwork, respect, and collaboration, and leadership makes you feel valued as both an employee and a person. Northside truly invests in their staff, offering great benefits, a strong pension plan, and resources that support both your professional and personal growth. I’ve also appreciated the opportunity to work alongside dedicated colleagues who care deeply about patient care and supporting each other.
Cons
Like any large healthcare system, things can move at a slower pace when it comes to changes or new processes. However, leadership is approachable and open to feedback, which helps balance this.
