I have had a very positive experience with NTR. Communication with my direct supervisor is probably the best that I've ever had on a job. I feel supported by the training that I've had. The co-owners are generous with profit sharing opportunities. I have small children and they have been understanding as issues have occasionally come up for my children. The office is very small and friendly. The most people you will see in a typical week in the office would be 4 people - occasionally you may be working alone. Quarterly projects will keep your position growing.

You need to be good at time management for this position as things can move quickly and your hand is in a lot of pots at times.

Your coworkers there are nice and easy to get along with.

The office manager is the worst to work with. She will micromanage you with all your task until you get them done. They are judgmental and expect you to complete tasks without proper training.
