Everythingis awful. The office dynamics are scandalous.

This is a great place for young people to start out and have an opportunity to grow into a real career through moving up within the company. There are many things to learn and everyday is a little different with new challenges. The people working here are work hard and are willing to help each other out in order to come up with creative solutions to tough situations or to reach goals. There are some perks working here too! We have casual dress days and every Friday we have free breakfast for the staff. We have events for holidays like the potluck luncheon for the 4th of July. There are also events such as the water drive we did in May that help out the community we live in.

Training is not really uniform and the quality of training really depends on who you train with. That being said, the environment is such that people feel comfortable asking questions when they need to. Communication within the office can sometimes be a little scrambled.
