Super management - Anonymous employee Northsight Management Employee Review

I've been an engineer, manager, and director in the IT sector since 2006, and Northsight easily falls within my top 5 employers and experiences in my field. Can't say enough about the integrity of the executive team. During my 5+ years of employment, Josh, Steve, Ryan, and Tyler continually displayed excellence in character and leadership. There's a lot of positive energy in Northsight’s offices. They work very hard to expand the business and avoid layoffs while ensuring continued YoY growth and staying in the black. Great teams, synergy, intellectual challenges, and experiences. I was brought on in late 2017 and shared in helping the company mature, and I will always appreciate my tenure working with such an excellent team.

If there were any downsides worth remembering, I would have likely moved on at some point. There are opportunities to advance for those who show drive, desire, competence, and dedicated intention. No cons.
