      Friendly people to work with at mid levels Casual dress code

      Cons

      Disorganized No structure set structure but held to undisclosed standards Eminate financial big backing from the McCain group but reluctant to put into action . Poor communication Compensation bonus is structured so that if you ever leave you could lose up to 13 months of bonus on your work completed.

      Currently we outgrew the work environment which was pretty outdated. (But we are moving in the spring!)
