Do not acknowledge the huge turnover in staff and complain that they cannot hire replacements for technical jobs when the truth is their pay and benefits are far below others in the industry.
Have a niche product they think they can sell to larger financial organizations but have issues doing so since when they look at it they can see it is not fit for their purposes.
Most staff are either already looking out the door or are direct hires from college who do not know that the culture and environment at Northteq is not normal.
