Pros

Comprehensive 2-week training They offer the usual benefits and forms of professional support you could expect from other ABA agencies

Cons

inconsistent application of company policies Unprofessional communication, I was texted important requests when the more reliable and professional way to reach me was clearly email, especially considering that they give out company emails. Disrespectful upper management, everyone pretends their job is the hardest while demanding performance that meets arbitrary standards that have nothing to do with the well-being of children.

Pros

Base pay is adjusted annually to account for inflation. Pay varies based on the type of services rendered. Fairly good amount of autonomy in the workplace. Decent benefits

Cons

Poor communication between BCBAs and CBTs. Weekly hours are based on clients' show-ups. Difficult to reduce/increase hours due to block-like schedules. No raise other than the annually adjusted pay. Short enrollment period for retirement plan upon hiring. Short term job position
