      Pros

      I enjoye my job as relief manager. I work at different facilities each day; makes my week go by very fast. Peers are happy to assist with any information. Good corporate policies, managers seem responsive to issues.

      Cons

      Company rakes in a lot of money, but I don't see any of it trickling down to the individual properties. Definitely not trickling down to the employees. Great hiring bonus, but thereafter wage increases don't even keep up with cost of living. If they can raise tenant rates by 9 to 15%, why can't they raise wages a bit more than 3%? My 18yr old makes more an hour at fast food

      Pros

      Northwest treats its employees with respect and kindness and allows for flexibility for different situations in life. They truly care about what's best for their employees and provide every opportunity to move up, over or around within the company based on what is best suited for the employee's needs.

      Cons

      You are on your feet at least 50% of the day which could be considered a con. It may take awhile to get things replaced such as unit doors, siding etc

      Cool Coworkers and easy job most of the time

      Cons

      Customers can be pretty horrible and selling people's stuff when they can't pay
