Great company to work for

some people could get tempermental

Schedule and fairly decent benefits (fairly decent). The actual work itself is not that bad.

There is absolutely ZERO incentive to do anything more than the minimum to get a paycheck. Management is way too concerned about the tiniest rule infractions. They seem more obsessed with catching employees doing something wrong than they care about product quality. There are NO true leader that I’ve seen...plenty of the “do as I say not as I do” types!
