The company values are overstated and under present, there is no psychological safety and a very divisive culture. There is no clear company direction. The teams and ways of working are often restructured to suit the senior leadership’s personal progression plans, this has facilitated an under qualified and insecure senior leadership team that promote extreme micromanaging, its a very difficult environment to work or learn in. A primarily money driven approach to scoping client work leads to extremely convoluted, inefficient processes and poor output. There is no clarity on HR’s employee relations processes or opportunities to feedback to the SLT despite NAS being an employee owned agency. Lack of cultural and socio-economic diversity which can feel cliquey.
