A great environment to form good professional relationships with colleagues including management. There is the scope to learn about different areas within the company. Lots of room for growth and an open environment to be able to voice concerns and suggestions. Treated with respect and care.

Production team are great. Coffee and snacks. Relaxed dress code.

Terrible, unprofessional management.
HR is only 1 person, who gossips and spreads personal information amongst senior staff.
A lot of bullying, favouritism and classism in this place.
Management act like nasty school girls - and unfortunately they are some of the oldest there.
