Great team and benefits, but poor management direction - Software Engineer Notarize Employee Review

Management is all over the place, It seems like they shift direction every year and don't know where the road is really headed. Climbing the company is strictly playing company politics and making sure upper engineering management has visibility to your work. There a lot of favoritism and would not recommend this place as a long term tenure position or for any career growth.
