Pros
If you count free water and beverages as a pros then this is only pros I saw while Iam working there, oh also the location of the company is ok if you live in the west side of Berlin.
Cons
From the first day, I found the developers inside the company feel not satisfied at all, most of them complaining alot or not caring at all.
If you want to work in this company get prepared to work on the most crazy legacy code you will ever see, enormous database that most developers don't know anything about it if you ask about something.
Also get prepare inside the company to see developers talking bad about each other's and get ready also to work with the most inexperienced developers (supposly senior developers) that know nothing about building a big software or manage it at least.
also no benefitsfor the employees that I can mention and the salary not that good.
You will find that few devs control everything, and inresult for that they have the power for everything in the project, so the "PO" of the team can't say anything regarding of that and he just agree for everything they say or propose.
you will find that they desperately looking for new devs to join the team as the turn over is high, some new devs join and leaves in few weeks.
