Pretty easy job once you get a lot of practice under your belt. Easy to find purpose if you like serving others.
Cons
Don’t expect to get any issues with your paycheck or any HR-related issues resolved. Terribly unresponsive and unprofessional. Was overcharged over $400 in health insurance, HR finally acknowledged that there was a problem and promised a refund months ago, but have been getting ignored since.
Also won’t let you see or know how much PTO you have.
Always short-staffed and busy. Felt like I was always in survival mode or getting taken advantage of.
