      The cakes are good, pay was decent, and being able to listen to music while frosting was nice.

      Cons

      Managers SUCK and lack empathy. There are no breaks given and years later I still suffer from back pain due to the stress my body endured.

      Pros

      Pretty easy job once you get a lot of practice under your belt. Easy to find purpose if you like serving others.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to get any issues with your paycheck or any HR-related issues resolved. Terribly unresponsive and unprofessional. Was overcharged over $400 in health insurance, HR finally acknowledged that there was a problem and promised a refund months ago, but have been getting ignored since. Also won’t let you see or know how much PTO you have. Always short-staffed and busy. Felt like I was always in survival mode or getting taken advantage of.
