Unappreciative - Call Center Exper NotifyMD Employee Review

Management has a lower intelligence than the kids they're managing. They loaded supervisor responsibility onto college kids who were hired as regular agents. They did not get a pay increase. Every problem management has gets pitted on these kids now. Hours are easy to obtain but almost impossible to change once acquired. They refuse to give workers off for important life events such as graduation or certain holidays.
